Park City Media was formed in 1994 as a small independent media production studio based in the beautiful, wildlife-filled, world-heritage listed Blue Mountains of Australia - the City in a National Park.

Initially working in video production, the business evolved toward web design over time

Freelancing for many years in the film and television industry in Sydney, mainly in the animation area, prior to retraining in the digital field in 1997,  Lorraine brought a broad overview, commitment, detailed knowledge and wide ranging experience in the visual arts and sciences to what she did

In more recent times Lorraine has been working from a mobile base including the Northern Rivers region of NSW, West Australia and New Zealand.

"After many years in the chair it's time for a change. Working in the online digital field requires constant attention to the myriad ongoing changes to technologies, platforms, web standards, delivery devices, etc

HTML5 has been around for a while and looks like a great development. The ever increasing number of screen devices and all the new Apps. Designing for phones, iPads, handhelds. There are some exciting new things happening.

However I feel that I would like to put my energies elsewhere now and leave all that to the next generation of producers
